especially a place that does good cold waves/ wet curls.Can anyone recomend a good hair salon for African American hair in Irvine Ca?
I live in OC also and I don't know of any hair salons in Irvine that deal with African American Hair, but I do go to a place called LeShays Salon and Spa in Old Town Tustin which isn't too far of a drive from Irvine. Check out the site and call the number.
