What are some of the best african american hair salons the St.Paul/Minneapolis, MN area?

I know there are alot of shops, but my friends don't get their hair done in salons. Right now I'm looking for a place that can help my hair through transitioning from relaxed to natural hair. I shop where they do weaves and braids would also be a plus! My last stylist wasn't very professional (showing up late to work, not returning my phone calls for an appointment, etc.), so I'm looking for someone new and, somewhat, inexpensive. Please include a name, address, number and the services they provide. Oh, and names of places I should stay away from! There are also several on University in St Paul. One in particular called Da Doo's (don't know nor can I find info on them) that a co worker loves. Hope this was helpful.
