So, my mom is looking for a cheap salon but we can't find any, I know this sounds kind of racist but can white people salons do the same as African American salons like perm and weave and all that stuff? i'm not trying to be offensive.African American salons??????
Understandable...usually they can't and if they do, they'll say that they can do ethnic hair. All you have to do is call and ask, they should be honest about it.
