I have had such bad experiences w/ these NY salons I just want to find someone who knows how to cut hair (I have a short relaxed bob) but also cares about the health of your hair. No crowded Dominican salons please I can't lose my entire day just to get my hair done. I'm in desperate need of a good hair cut, any suggestions would help, Thanx =-)OMG!
