well go to a hair salon you know and trust to do it,no point getting it done on the cheap if they do a crappy job.
most places will charge an arm and a leg as it's an expensive process.
and i don't think there's any african-american hair salons anywhere,wouldn't that be against the law for being racist to white people or something?
