Hair salons in American malls?

I'm going to the USA (Tampa, FL and Wheaton, IL) and am planning to go to malls hear those two places. Is there a hair salon common in most American malls that is good, and has good prices? I want to get a hair cut, dye, and highlights. (Layered, brown, blonde highlights) If you know the salon's name, and how much all the above would cost, it would be a huge help! Thank you!Hair salons in American malls?

Above is the list of prices. You say you want it cut, but do you want it Shampoo, Cut, and Blow dry, or without the Blow dry, or what? So just check the list of prices, or check out my below list:

Shampoo, Cut and Blowdry $30

Shampoo and Clipper Cut $28

Shampoo and Blowdry $20

Shampoo and Set $30

Shampoo, Cut and Set $35

For color on the chart you would want

Dimensional Color (2 - 3 colors) $70

The entire price would be ABOUT $100.

P.S. BUBBLES is at every mallHair salons in American malls?
There is a mall in tampa called the ';Brandon Town Center'; Mall, there is a salon in there called ';Toni and Guy'; its really nice and decently price i have gone there a few times.
If either of the malls have a J.C.Penney's salon, check out their facility and prices. Locally, S. New Jersey, I find Penney's to be quite satisfactory. Pricing will vary from state to state and even city to city.
there is a mall in tampa called the university mall. ive never been so i dont know about the salons they have but im sure they do.
