Im moving there, and I would love a shop that specializes in african american hair.Can anyone reccomend any african american Hair salons in NYC??
I know I shouldn't answer if I can't give you specifics on a salon. But I will tell you that NYC has THE BEST Dominican Hair shops. You have not had your hair done until you've gone to one of them. The silicone based products and the styling techniques are crazy. I swear you'll think you're wearing a wig. Awesome!
